First, use the tool unfarc to extract pokemon_graphic.bin from the PSMD RomFS. To specify which models to import, edit Data/psmd_import.manifest.yml.
psmdPkGraphicPath: Path to the folder containing the extracted pokemon_graphic.binmodels
targetName: The name that should be used for the generated AssetBundle. Use pokemonname_00 for low-poly and pokemonname_10 for high-poly models.psmdModel: The model name from PSMD including .bch, relative to psmdPkGraphicPathThe other properties are currently ignored and will be supported later. Only the AssetBundles are created so you have to edit pokemon_graphic_database.bin **manually with Sky Editor Deluxe.
